Cleffa Clefairy Clefable were released at the second Good Sleep Day for Harvest Festival event. The official report and some new information for the third Good Sleep Day are now available!

During the full moon, our sleep is usually shorter and deeper. We found, however, that the average duration of sleep for all researchers in the world on the night when the moon was full during the Good Sleep Day celebrations was seven minutes. The average sleep duration of all researchers around the world was 7 min. The average length of time is 4 seconds longer.

Sleep durations averaged during Good Sleep Day and compared with sleep durations of similar days in the week before:

  • 28th September (Wed): 6 hrs 46 min (+6 min)
  • 29th September (Thu): 7 hrs 9 min (+6 min)
  • 30th September (Fri): 7 hrs 17 min (+8 min)

Please note that the difference between the days in the week prior and the days this week will be calculated separately.

These calculations only included users who recorded their sleep at least once per day.

Cleffa is also known as Clefairy (also called Clefable, Clefable or Clefable).

Harvest Moon Good Sleep Day brought Cleffa Clefairy, and Clefable to the public!

The Fairy Pokemon are specialists in collecting Pecha Berries. Metronome is their main ability, and it uses a randomly selected main skill.

  • Cleffa can be found in Slumbering sleep type, on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Taupe Hollow and Snowdrop Tundra.
  • Clefairy in Snoozing sleep type, on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Taupe Hollow and Snowdrop Tundra.
  • Clefable in Snoozing sleep type, on Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, Taupe Hollow and Snowdrop Tundra.

You can evolve Cleffa to Clefairy by tracking 50 hours of sleep, using 20 Clefairy Candy, and having Cleffa as a member of your team. You will need a Moon Stone, 80 Clefairy candies and a Clefairy Candy to evolve Clefairy.

Sleeping Well is Easy on the Next Good Sleep Day

Next Good Sleep Day will take place from the 28th to the 30th of October 2023. We’re hoping for an appropriate Halloween theme, since it is so close to Good Sleep Day! Could it be that a Halloween event was announced before, and could this tie into the Good Sleep Day?
