The Community Day in 2023 will feature Wooper, Paldean Wooper, and more! Paldean Wooper, along with Wooper, will be available for the very first time during the Community Day event. Players will also have the chance to see a shiny Wooper in either of the two varieties!
Quagsire will gain access to Aqua Tail as the exclusive Community Day Move. This move can be obtained by evolving Wooper either during the event, or two hours later. Clodsire, the Paldean Wooper evolution will be able to use Megahorn as an exclusive Community Day Move.
Field Research and Timed Research themed around Wooper will be offered, and for just $1 players can get a special story about Wooper and Paldean Wooper exclusive to the Community Day.
In addition, trainers will also receive bonuses including a half hatch distance on eggs that are incubated at the event and the incense modules and lure modules will be active for three hours.
On November Community Day, Wooper and Paldean are included.

Wooper is more likely to appear in the wild on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023 between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Wooper! Aqua Tail is a Water type charged move that Quagsire will learn during this event.

Paldean Wooper

Paldean wooper are expected to appear in greater numbers in Pokemon GO on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023, between 2:00pm and 5:00pm (local time). If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Paldean Wooper! Clodsire that evolved during this event knows Mega Horn. This is a Bug type charged move.
Paldean wooper, a Pokemon of the Poison type and Ground type in Pokemon Go. It’s vulnerable to Ice, Psychic, and Water types of moves.

Aqua Tail, a skill you will learn from Evolve wooper
Aqua Tail, Quagsire’s Community Day exclusive move. This Water-type charged attack can only be acquired by evolving Wooper either during the event or for up to 5 hours afterwards.

Only Paldean Woopers with evolved can use Megahorn.
Clodsire is the only Community Day exclusive move. This is a Bug Charged attack that you can get by evolving Paldean Wooper either during or after the Community Day event.

Paldean Wooper-Woopers Four-Star Raids
Wooper, Paldean Wooper appear in raids with four stars! Trainers can take part in four-star Raid Battles after the Community Day three-hour event is over. If you win one of these Raids, more Wooper or Paldean Wooper will appear in the Gym where the raid was held for 30 minutes.

Raid Passes or Premium Battle Passes are required to join the raids. These Raid Battles can only be joined using Premium Battle Passes and Remote Raid passes.
Raid Battles with four stars: Bonus
After you have successfully completed a Raid Battle with Wooper or Paldean, they will appear in the Gym where the raid was held for 30 minutes. You may even encounter Shiny (*)!
The Shiny Pokemon that appears under this circumstance will be the same as that which appeared during November Community Day’s 3-hour event.
Field Research
Field Research themed on the November Community Day will be made available. Catch Wooper or Paldean Wooper for rewards like additional encounters, Stardusy Ultra Balls and other goodies!
Muddy Buddy Specials Research
You can access the Wooper and Paldean Community Day exclusive Special Research Story (A Muddy Buddy) for US$1.00 or equivalent in your own currency. If you already purchased the ticket, you can gift it to friends who have reached Great Friends status or above.
Tickets are not refundable, except in certain circumstances (subjected to the applicable laws and exceptions stated in our Terms of Service). This Special Research does not come with an in-game award.

The event stickers can be obtained by opening Gifts or spinning PokeStops. You can also purchase them in the game shop.

Web Store Community Day Bundle
During the event, a Pokemon GO Web Store Ultra Community Day bundle featuring 500 Poke Balls and one Poffin will be sold for $9.
In-game Community Day Bundles
During this event, two Community Day Bundles will be made available.
You will receive 50 Ultra Balls for every 1,350 Pokecoins you spend, as well as five Lucky Eggs, one Elite ChargedTM and five Super Incubators.
You will receive 30 Ultra Balls for 480 Pokecoins. Also included are an Incense, 3 Super Incubators and a Lure Module.

Pokemon cannot be caught before an event begins
Wooper is a Pokemon that can be caught only if you catch it before the start of the event.
Start the app prior to the event
There will be bugs and errors at the beginning of any event. In most cases, it is better to restart the application.
PokeStops are a great way to collect Pokeballs.
PokeStops offer quests on Community Day that will be very helpful. You can get rewards like Stardust and Great Balls as well as Pinap Berries.
Do not activate lures prior to the start of an event
Set your lures up after the event has started to ensure they last for three hours. It is necessary to set up the lure after an event begins to ensure that it lasts for 3 hours. It will also prevent the CDs that have been boosted from spawning, until its depleted.
Use Incense
While you are out on a hunt, use Incense to draw in more Pokemon. Incense does spawn shiny’mons that are Community Day. You have no reason to avoid Incense.

- Promote the new Pokémon Go features and events to Trainers who are just starting their adventure or haven’t been playing for a while. People are coming back around due to trading, new Pokémon, PvP, the numerous events, and these community-based events.
